Preview of the new toggling machine “GreeMec“, patented and manufactured by Mec Man S.R.L. The wet hides, once attached on the toggling, they are hold in tension with special toggle clips. In fact, once this frame process has been completed, the frames are running on special suspended rails, which carry the wet hide from the outside to the inside of the drying tunnel. In fact, the drying is done through pellet heater of new generation with a 40% saving , compared to a normal heating system. Moreover, the great peculiarity of this patent was to subdivide a microperforated panel into 6 distinct parts that pull the leather in 6 different direction. The purpose of expansion is to stretch the skins homogeneously, increasing the volume by 8% compared to the standard toggling machines.
